Added fruit back in to diet after primarily being “fruitless”. Ate a decent amount of veggies and nuts, but zero fruit. Had two fresh off the tree pears yesterday, and it felt like my body came alive in a heavy duty upper body and abs workout last night. Never was a big fan of fruit, but I’m craving it now for sugar instead of junk food (with the exception of a mini Airhead fruit chew from time to time). Still low carbing it, but fruit is now an approved food group 7.6 lbs away from my goal weight.
