Day 8 Defisit Kalori🥰 Badan jadi lebih enteng, otot perut mulai kelihatan lagi. Alhamdulillah
57.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
