Well, I gained around 5 pounds according to the surgeon's scale from my home weigh in. Lost only 5 pounds since the last time I saw them. I think I have at least 5 pounds of water weight since I started back on my lyrica for my migraines. My primary doctor decided to lower my dosage to see if that makes a difference.

Something that helps me for my migraines is a prescription called treximet. I think of it as miracle medicine, but don't know if it would work for you. Different things help different people. If I take it when I'm getting a migraine (if I don't wait too long), the migraine just disappears. I try not to take it more than twice a week so that it will continue to work for me.
I think that drinking lots of water helps avoid migraines and, although it's counter-intuitive, you retain less water if you drink a lot. Just keep trying to find what works for you in this weight loss journey. You've come a long way. Just keep on going.
