Yesterday, IF, triceps, 103 protein, 113 fat, 52 carbs, sliced beef, butter, olives, pickle, peppers with spinach dip, chopped salad, muscle milk, progranola, nuts before bed, period
71.7 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.1 kg a Week
