2021.1.8(五)天氣☁️超級冷
從開始的那天開始
已經堅持了四天的減重計劃
竟然已經減了一公斤❤️超開心的
雖然可能只是水分吧!
但這是讓我前進的動力呀🤣
再來就是堅持運動練肌肉
才能提高代謝增肌減脂
體脂肪才是我身體最罪惡的根源
一早有記得喝上一杯400cc的溫熱水
雖然一口氣喝完一杯水滿噁心的
可是腸胃溫暖的感覺也是很好
等等還要去買菜呢❤️
明天終於可以小小放縱一番
帶室友去慶祝生日🎂小小解放
就又要開始忌口一週了
