Very good. Continue to develop an eating program that you can comfortably live with and still be able to enjoy some of the wonderful things there are out there to eat. Become a “picky” eater— by that I mean choose not to eat things just because they are there. Portion control and moderation help you successfully manage weight control for life. You can do this, I have mentored many people over the years in mastering this philosophy— I KNOW IT WORKS.. Deprivation and constant struggle are defeating. And, of course, increased activity and strength training are crucial. Muscle burns fat. I am cheering for you, keep going.

In this Covid world walking is king, TV exercise shows and an inexpensive set of weights. Check the GoodWill for those.

Awesome loss! I’ve been doing the same since I stopped baking and eating every treat in town, lol! I’ve got to follow your advice, Kenna, and get that home weight set, and I’ll be following you, as well. Keep on keepin’ on!😊🎈
