2021.1.6(三)天氣:☁️
今天是教學日,
沒有時間可以好好進行減肥計畫。
只好連續吃了一樣的早餐兩日😛
好在烘培教室的老闆廚藝超好
中午煮了很棒的減肥餐❤️
一整個貼心到不行👍🏻
下午教完學生
就煮了一天捏好的湯圓
跟著同學們一起吃了兩顆
好罪惡啊啊啊⋯⋯
晚上下課後
室友妖巴豆一直催促著想快點吃飯
於是草草找個地方解決五臟廟了
管不住嘴的今天
只好用運動來稍微安撫一下罪惡的內心吧🤣

發現自己纖維值跟水都喝太少了
