Should be losing faster. I have lost a lot of inches using the NuStep. Seems like the weight is not coming off like I thought it would. I need to change my eating habits more than I have.
152.4 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Sometimes you do need to change your eating habits a bit or exercise a bit more. And sometimes it is just that you need to give it some time. I am a daily weigher so I know just because it has not gone off in a day or even a week that the next week should be different. But I do understand the frustration. Hang in there and pick where you believe the change is needed and do it and stick to it.
