Fell off the wagon a little bit yesterday. I took a new medication for my ADHD and of course, got wrapped up in JD2 for 2 and half hours. I had to force myself to eat a banana. The only thing that tasted good was... beer. So I had 4. Luckily I still lost some weight, but I was sure I would be retaining water from the beer this morning. I guess we'll see at weeks end how my attempts are going.
