Looks like another plateau coming my way. I need to accept that the scale is not going to show a loss every day but it is hard sometimes. I am feeling better about myself so this is a good thing. Just hope when I go on vacation next Friday that I can keep the faith.
104.1 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You have a plan for vacation and that is good. I think you'll do great. Indeed another plateau may be arriving but when I look at your weight history is is looking SOOOO AWESOME!!! You are doing great and will continue to do so. I believe in you!!

I know what you mean about not losing everyday, it is hard sometimes. Don't worry, as long as you aren't cheating it's fine. Have tons of fun on your vacation :)
