Turun 8 kg dlm 9 minggu (2 bln plus 1 minggu). Masih jauh sih dari target. Tapi Alhamdulillah udah mau setengah progress aja. Ohya, makananku selama diet ini semuanya no minyak, no tepung, no santan, no gula. Aku jg rutin olahraga aerobik minimal 5x dlm seminggu. Durasi kadang 1 jam, ataupun 45 menit. Paling minimal bgt 30 menit.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
