As always very frustrated at the rate of weight loss...mostly because of the effort that goes into it as well as the efforts at exercise...I wish there were some short term rewards

There is, while doing all this, you are getting more healthy.:) Hang in there. Your doing great. There will always be ups and downs throughout this journey. Just remember, we didn't put this weight on overnight, so it sure won't come off overnight. Just stick with it and great things will happen. Also, did you take your measurements before you started your journey. I find that when the scale doesn't move, you are still dropping inches. Hope you have a great day and keep going.:)

Coach, I spent a lot of time looking over your diet calendar to see what I could find that might be slowing you down. And I must respectfully submit to you that the amount of net carbs you are getting on a daily average is insignifant and unhealthy. The number one thing you can implement is getting 12-15 net carbs in vegetables daily. Your intake of fresh vegetables is just not enough, plain and simple. On average you eat a cup of lettuce - in a whole day - and this is not enough, even if you are taking a fiber supplement, friend. Also, perhaps you can cut back on the crystal light and the diet soda, which have sugar alcohols and cause stalls. It also does not appear that you are drinking enough water daily, although I see you are drinking water... It needs to be 64-100 fluid ounces per day, depending on how much weight you wish to shed. More water intake, the more you fat you will expell. Up your veggies and water and I guarantee things will be moving faster for you. Another suggestion, I notice you have not indicated on your diet calendar "This is everything I ate" but you leave the indicator at "This is some of what I ate". That made it a bit confusing for me to know exactly what you consumed, so you make want to check that each time you enter food - so you and and your FS buds will know if indeed that is everything that you ate.
