體重增加那麽多😭😭😭
又回到12月初的體重了啦!這次停滯期3星期了😱😱😱
56.2 kg Lost so far: 23.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

反正體重都這樣了,決定把零食都消滅掉⋯⋯ 之後都不準再買零食,低卡也不行,因為我根本控制不住嘴巴😱😱😱
