Attempted to do yoga this morning - told my 3 year old it was a game so he had fun for a few minutes then decided climbing "Mommy Mountain" was more fun! Stuck with it though.
Snacked healthy again last night while watching SuperSize vs SuperSkinny. I weigh 18 stone!
My daughter and son and I walked for an hour - uptown and back and then I played hard in the backyard with my son pulling him around in his sled and just enjoying the sunshine. It felt so good! My daughter treated us to Subway for supper. Yum!
116.3 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 43.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
