Yesterday, IF, 103 protein, 108 fat, 35 carbs, shoulder workout, sliced beef, butter, peppers with spinach dip, chopped salad, olives, muscle milk, nuts before bed, a few mini pretzels, period
70.8 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.1 kg a Week
