I am totally thrilled this morning!
I stepped on the scale this morning and I am lighter than my original goal weight of 185 lbs that I set for myself back on June 1st,2020.
I've not been exercising like crazy.
I've not been restricting my diet.
I haven't felt deprived.
I have been consistent in logging my calories, every bite, everyday.
I am not superhuman, I do not have great willpower, I was honestly just tired of the way my body was making me feel.
Having more energy and confidence has been a huge motivator for me.

Still to go: 6.3 kg.
Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
