I really like IF myself. I think my main challenge with it is making sure to get enough fruit/vegetables. But otherwise it's been super healing for me.

CandiceNaz - for intermittent fasting, I eat anywhere from 800 to 1500 calories generally. I usually have between 1000-1200 on average. I mainly do only 1 meal a day (Dinner) or I do a 300 calorie meal around noon and then one larger one for dinner. My main challenge is getting enough vegetables in. I try to dish up more around dinner. Some people find they do better with a larger meal for lunch, but dinner works best for my schedule.
