Yesterday, IF, 85 protein, 150 fat, 92 carbs, shoulder workout, low carb tortilla cheese puff, butter, progranola , peppers with spinach dip, folio wrap, nuts before bed, a few peppermint pretzels
71.7 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 6.4 kg a Week
