Not a great loss, but over Christmas, I cannot complain. To know that I have lost 7 lbs over the holidays is a fantastic accomplishment. I'm on my way and hope to continue on this great road. This week hasn't been a good, but I know overall I am doing much better than before. Today I am sitting at the hospital as my Mom is having surgery. There is no water in site and I didn't think at 5:30 am to bring a bottle with me. I'll make up for it when I get home. Best to you this week and in the new year.
