Yay!! feeling TERRIFIC today. New Years Eve I think I ate something bad because the next morning I was so very sick... it wasn't alcohol either I only had 2 glasses of wine the whole evening :) New years day all I could keep down was 4 doses of Pepto-Bismol and lots of water to help keep me from dehydrating!

The good news is I had a terrific time with my hubby and friends ringing in the new year :)))

Went to the Museum of Natural History today with my daughter and hubby. We stopped at an Italian restaurant after for dinner... I think I made up for not eating yesterday LOL It was a very nice outing to end the holiday week with.

Hope everyone is well and safe it's going to be a great year!

Exercise: City walking
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - Only small red blotches left, lots of trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea and SPF 30 facial moisturizer.
