Good Morning and Happy New Year!!! I almost didn't get on the scale today; felt fat, lol. And yesterday, hubby and I had a good day playing games sitting on our buts. And..are you ready for this?...I ate too much brocoli. For some reason, I did not realize the carbs in that yummy veggie and I have been eating a ton of it. But now, I will abstain from eating so much. So...I got on the scale today, and it is showing a minor loss. That is all I need to give me the will power to do this again and again!!!

I hope all my buddies are doing super as well. This FS group is so awesome. Also, starting on a push up challenge beginning tomorrow. 100 pushups in 6 weeks. Hubby doing it with me!!!
88.8 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on the weight loss. I love broccoli too. Just don't eat as much as I used to because of the amount of carbs. Glad that you are enjoying time with your hubby. We sat around and played games yesterday as a family. Have a great day my friend.

The good news is that despite some carbs, I've never heard of anyone gaining weight eating too much broccoli! Better broccoli than Doritos, cake, chocolate, etc. Just scale it back a wee bit and you'll be fine.
