today I ate a 2egg omlet made with 2 strips bacon,1/4 cup bell pepper, 1/4 cup pepper-jack cheese and 1 teaspoon pace salsa. 2 cups coffee with 2 packs stevia.

lunch was a very small hamburger patty with a very small amount of red onion, garlic and bell pepper and a little pepper-jack cheese. also ate 1/2 of a develed egg.

snack was a few pork rinds and 1 small fist of mac.nuts

Dinner was tri-tip beef 2 cups hearts of romain with green onion and english cumumber and 1/2 cup of cream of spinach soup from the atkin web site.

103.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Looks like a great Atkins meal! Just watch the macadamias... if you are on induction...they aren't allowed until Phase 2..and could hamper you getting into ketosis. Much success!
