bagusnya makan buah terutama mangga pisang pepaya..
kalau masih g sanggup makan, minum aja minuman yg manis liat kadar kalorinya jgn kebablasan..

kalo masih kurang kalorinya, aku biasanya sih nyemilin roma sari gandum yg peanut butter, trus minum susu😁 jadi emang gak terlalu eat clean banget sih dalam sehari

buat rencana mkn dl d catatan harian dr pagi smpe malam ,dr stu kthuan tu jmlh kalorinya ,kurang lebihnya kn bisa catet lagi stlh mkn, klo kurang bisa d tambahkn kalorinya dmkn slnjutnya n klo klbihan bisa dikurangi d porsi mkn slnjutnya,klo sy bgtu.
