I have 6 more days to loose the next 5 pouinds and reach my first goal, to be under 275 when I go back to the Doctor. That will be 27 pounds lost in 34 days. I will have to dust off the treadmill to get the next 60 pounds off. I am going to loose another 15 pounds by February 1. I know the loosing slows down after the first month.
