Yayyy a new low for this go around and I did it on Prednisone! Woot Woot! My back is feeling a bit better today so am going to venture out to a noon meeting... wish me luck that I don't hurt myself doing it!
110.7 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
