Senengnya defisit kalori tuh ttp bisa makan enak, eksperimen masak masak, bonusnya turun bb walaupun ga cepet yah. Hampir tiap hari minggu cheating bb ttp turun juga. Dibawa liburan seminggu juga ujung ujungnya balik ke bb awal. Ayooo semoga taun depan udah bb kepala 5
