I've really fallen off the wagon! My lowest point during this journey was 188.6 lbs on Halloween, and today I clocked in at 195.4!!!

I've been down and out with a sinus infection for the past several days. During that time I've felt awful, and haven't been cooking. Instead, I've been eating comfort food and snacking while recovering. I've had more fast food in the past week and a half than I have in the previous 4 to 5 months combined. Today is the first day that I've felt a decent amount better. Thank goodness, because I'm behind at the office and I have a lot of homework left between now and Thanksgiving. I'm finally about to graduate with an engineering degree!! Just one final push and I'm finished with school. It's hard to pay attention to my diet and planning meals with all of the chaos going on.

What advice do you guys have about kick-starting my jump back into my diet goals? I feel like my drive to continue monitoring my food has heavily decreased ever since my daily life became especially stressful. I used to fast whenever I felt myself getting off track, but it's harder to do that whenevery I'm sick and need the extra brain power for school. Please share any motivation and tips you may have.
