早餐:1个鸡蛋,250ml纯牛奶,30g红薯
午餐:1份金针菇焖鸡胸肉,5g白菜,5g豆芽,20g猪肉
晚餐:160g天友经典酸奶,1个苹果
57.6 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
