昨天晚上應酬吃了一大堆合菜跟酸菜白肉
這是一樣秉持著 不吃加工品
吃原圓的食物: 蔬菜.雞肉.海鮮.蝦子.肉片
水餃一顆嚐鮮
量體重沒有增加很多😀
