做冰心地瓜真的不建議紅肉紫肉的,因為太甜的結果就是太軟,退冰後沒有鬆軟的口感,會變成嫩軟的口感。黃肉的地瓜澱粉量高,比較鬆軟,很適合冰心地瓜製作。

哈哈哈,尼歐內行的,我之前在家樂福買了地x園的紫地瓜,退冰後整個爛爛的,我直接丟了(以上不良示範,勿學😆)
