So I decided to weigh myself anyways. I was surprised that I had lost weight :D I feel like I can keep this healthy eating up. And if I add in more exercise other than work lord knows how much I can lose. My 30 day challenge starts tonight so I'm hoping that will melt the blub right off!
80.0 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
