誠實面對自己XD 連續暴食後,昨天55今天57。
💩很多,以前便秘是因為吃太少嗎😂😂😂

我有個超瘦的同事,說她便秘十幾年了......可能她很瘦,根本無法想像她便秘🤣

是不是她真的吃的太少...可能長期都吃低於身體所需,吃進去的大部分都消化掉了。我記得我今年開始嚴重便秘就是在我開始嚴格飲食控制那時候,四五天沒有便便整個人反而很焦慮,而且吃各種高纖維食物都沒有幫助。
