haven't been logging food or tracking weight bc I've been overloaded with stress and leaning on bad habits. today will be my first boot camp class in over 3 weeks. pray for me! I have Hashimotos thyroiditis and am struggling with severe fatigue lately. hopefully increasing my medication will help. hope y'all are having a successful say! stay strong!
128.2 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You got it! Happy to see you back and pushing. Bootcamp will be a brat, but you'll get it again. You'll come back and steonger. Anyway sometimes you need a mental break, it happens to all of us.
