下班好餓
居然停不下來吃了一包檸檬玫瑰海鹽可樂果
沒有特別好吃但就是嘴饞一直吃

睡前 安怡奶粉加1匙好時可可粉
相撲式深蹲50,瑜伽+滾筒+伸展
