昨晚餐10:00才去7-11買了吃,吃飽就睡了;事實證明晚餐太晚吃是會增加體重的(OMG)

今天上午10:50左右吃了同事送的角落生物迷你5個心中滿足又忐忑啊啊啊啊,明明體中上升了,我還是看不下去甜甜圈的存在;應是把他放進肚子裡了 突然開始擔憂午、晚餐能吃啥了
