Well, I haven't recorded my weight until now because I started to cheat on the week-ends. I have stuck to working out for an hour for 6/7 days since my diet began. I've been exclusively doing the treadmill & excersize bike. My feet constantly hurt but now enough to stop. My leg muscles are sore but not sore enough to stop. I like the fact that I can "live" a little on the weekends & will try to keep it up. I mean drinking more than eating. I still need to try to stick to Atkins eating on week-ends. I know that Rum & Diet Cokes have no carbs & wine has only a few. Those are my drinks of choice when I go out with my wife &/or friends. Let's see what happens this week-end. The last couple of week-ends I have gained 4-4.5 lbs & then had to lose it during the week + more.
