⭐️9/1-10/1減醣滿一個月,甩肉4公斤
以為還可以跟大學時期一樣隨便甩都5公斤,代謝真的有差喔😂
9/1開始減醣
9/14開始運動(有氧+肌力訓練+慢跑4km)
