So happy. Tapi kenapa ya lengn engga kecil2 :( niat awal diet sih cuman pengen lengan kecil aja ternyata sejauh ini tuh gak ada perubahan cuman perut aja yg kempes. Tapi alhamdulillah 💜 slow but sure.
62.8 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
