Mulai defcal lg karna 1minggu kemarin libur ga defcal n ga senam karna menstruasi.. tp alhmdllh bs bs turun biarpun bbrapa ons😇. Bismillah mulai lg defcal n olahraganya smoga cepet turunnya💪🏻
