Mungkin turun 2 ons tiap hari kelihatannya sedikit, tapi jika itu terjadi selama 30 hari artinya 60ons dan itu 6 kg. Biarlah saya menurunkan 2 ons per hari tapi konsisten sampai merasa ideal.
63.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
