Started @ a gym today. Haven't been in a gym for over 15 years I bet! Eating is going well. Learning about myself more each day. Try not to let myself get too hungry. Also learning to add more protein in so I feel full longer.
128.7 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 69.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
