guys ad yg sama gak kya ak, udah mulai bosan sma menu makanan yang itu2 ajaa...

trus kalo makan yg gak sehat & gak kontrol BB langsung naik 1-2kg...


huhuuu.. sedihh bngt...
target masih 10kg lagi padahal
