Went to the gym today even though it was not an easy thing to do... needed to de-stress.

Exercise: 45 min crossRamp 3.5 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body.
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 3 = moderate flare with new spots, dryer than yesterday with some healing. Other possible triggers would be exercise and stress. Used the moisturizer. No trigger foods eaten today.
79.1 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
