Yesterday, IF, leg workout, 82 protein, 105 fat, 19 carbs, folio wrap, muscle milk. butter, chicken, mixed nut butter, nuts before bed, period
71.6 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
