早上順利把2天份大便排完了,昨晚還特別買每朝雙纖綠茶來喝,希望能天天排便順暢!
早上忙東忙西連早餐都來不及吃就上班,剛好可以執行168減肥法,10點休息時吃早餐到晚上6點前進食完畢,之後不再吃東西到隔天10點,試試看吧!
