The scale still says I'm losing weight, I'm still not seeing it or feeling it, but that's ok as long as it's going down. I hurt my lower back yesterday when I picked up my 1 1/5 year old granddaughter out of the bathtub. So I haven't been able to get my walking in today, but I did a workout to music while lying on the floor. It got me sweating so I guess that's better than nothing. I would like to thank everyone for all the kind words and support. It truly helps. ☺ I hope everyone is safe and well. Have a fabulous day, all.
