Spent last week, eating everything possible and not exercising. I was feeling very pity party. Yesterday, I fasted and decided to bite the bullet this morning and step on the scale. Complete shock. I am down .2! How does that happen? I could swear I felt like I gained at least 5lbs, I'm perplexed. I will savor this tiny and odd victory?
129.0 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
