Ooops! I cheated this week-end. I went out to eat & drank on Friday. On Saturday, I ate poorly. On Sunday, I drank again & also ate poorly. I've been keeping up with my workouts but that's not good enough. I think I will start weighing in on Fridays instead of Mondays.
