Still gaining even though I started TOM usually I'm losing by now Ugh... I'm tired and am trying to decide whether I really want to go workout now... really should... got to work today and the boss had ordered me a new smock in a 1x which is the size I normally take and I put it on... we are giving it to another groomer because I swam in it so she's ordering a large! Yayyyyy
114.3 kg Lost so far: 29.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Isn't that great, down to a smaller size. Doesn't it feel good? Gives you incentive to keep going.
