Alhamdulillah 3 minggu cuti dan selama 3 minggu makan banyak, rata-rata asupan kalori harian diatas TDEE, mulai makan kebuli kambing, burger, kebab, barbeque, cake, martabak, brownies, batagor, semua disikat ternyata cuma naik 1 kg.. Oke back to work, back on track, Bismillah..
